KidStrong is on the hunt for a Lead Coach / Operations Manager who can make our center buzz with energy and excitement! As our third key, you'll be the role model, the motivator, and the go-to hero for our students and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coach:

  • Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and develop character for kids walking to 11 years old
  • Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair
  • Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
  • Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class -- you're the reason they love KidStrong
  • Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here
Leadership Duties:

  • Slack Savvy: Keep the team connected and in the loop. Channel your inner tech wizard
  • Scheduler Extraordinaire: Assist in creating and communicating Coach schedules
  • Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together
Center Operations:
  • Acting GM/AGM: Assist with member sales, customer service and step up to lead the center when the GM and AGM are away
  • KPI Guru: Understand what makes our center tick and help maximize performance
  • Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker
  • Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness

  • Passion for helping Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
  • Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged 2 - 11 years old. If you've coached a herd of cats, you're overqualified and also … why did you do that?
  • Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner motivational speaker
  • Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
  • Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR Certified: Or willingness to get certified, safety first!
