KidStrong is seeking a Lead Coach / Operations Manager to energize our center and be a role model for children and families. In this role, you will:

1. Deliver engaging classes for children up to 11 years old, promoting brainpower, physical skills, and character development.
2. Understand and communicate KidStrong's curriculum with enthusiasm.
3. Achieve and maintain Coach Certification, continually enhancing your skills.
4. Build positive relationships with families, creating a welcoming environment.
5. Ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.
6. Support team communication and scheduling.
7. Engage families and the community through events and initiatives.
8. Assist with center operations, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
