KidStrong Laguna Niguel is seeking energetic coaches to lead 45-minute classes for children aged 12 months through 11 years. In this role you will help kids build strength, confidence and real-life skills in a fun, structured environment.

You will collaborate with another coach, communicate progress to parents, and support camps and birthday parties. We offer paid training and flexible, part-time hours with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or teaching children in group settings.
• Energetic, dependable and punctual.
• Willing to obtain CPR certification if not already certified.
• Weekend availability required.

KidStrong Laguna Niguel is looking for energetic, dependable coaches who are passionate about helping kids build strength, confidence and real-life skills. As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll help children overcome challenges, believe in themselves and become the best version of themselves.

What Is KidStrong?

KidStrong is a child-development program that helps parents build strong, confident, high-character kids through structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 years.

Our curriculum combines physical activity, character development and important life skills in a fun, fast-paced environment. Every class helps children develop confidence, teamwork, communication, perseverance, problem-solving and emotional regulation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 years
• Help kids become stronger, more confident and better prepared for life
• Encourage children to try new things, overcome challenges and celebrate their progress

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, camps, childcare or youth programs
• Energetic, confident and comfortable leading groups
• Dependable and able to arrive prepared and on time
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Athletic, coaching or fitness background preferred
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Availability for Weekend Shifits

Available Hours

• Friday: 2-7pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 2pm
• Sunday: 8:30 am-2:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available through camps and birthday parties

Compensation: $25 per hour
