A children's coaching organization in Staten Island is looking for passionate Coaches to deliver fun, science-based classes for kids. You'll coach classes for ages walking to 11, ensure positive experiences, and engage with families. CPR certification is preferred. We’re opening Staten Island’s first KidStrong Center this summer and looking for Coaches who bring passion, energy, and a genuine love for working with kids. You’ll deliver fun, science-based classes for kids from walking age through 11 — building brainpower, physical skills, and character on the blue floor every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coach classes across all age groups (walking through 11) using our evolving Brain, Physical, and Character curriculum.
• Earn Coach Certification through our HQ training program — we invest in you from day one.
• Create positive, high-energy experiences for kids and families before, during, and after every class.
• Run camps during school breaks and support special events like movie nights and birthday parties.
• Build genuine relationships with KidStrong families — our philosophy: families don’t leave KidStrong.
• Help execute community events, tabling, and outreach — we’re building something new on Staten Island and you’ll be part of the story.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance. A great center looks great.

WHO YOU ARE

• Passionate about working with kids — non-negotiable.
• Athletic, coaching, or child development background (pediatric OT/PT a plus).
• High energy with a commanding, engaging presence.
• Comfortable speaking with grown ups about their child’s progress and our curriculum.
• CPR certified or willing to certify before starting.
• Self-starter. 18+ years of age. Ready to move — this role is physically active (on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs, covering miles per shift).
