KidStrong is seeking a part-time Coach in Highlands Ranch, CO to deliver our science-based curriculum to kids from crawling to 11 years old in high-energy, 45-minute classes. You will build brain, body and character in every session and keep safety and progression at the forefront.

You’ll mentor families, guide parents through the class flow, and demonstrate movements with enthusiasm. If you love kids and thrive on active, engaging teaching, this is for you.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine passion for working with kids
• High energy, strong presence, ability to hold a room of kids and parents
• Positive, motivating communication style with kids and caregivers
• Minimum 12 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain before first class
• Physically active; able to move up to 50 lbs and demonstrate movements

Aufgaben

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week)
• Develop brain, physical and character in every session
• Physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, keep kids safe and progressing
• Build authentic relationships with kids and families before, during and after class
• Guide parents through the class flow and involve them in the experience
• Understand and communicate the why behind our curriculum clearly and confidently
