Job summary

KidStrong in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time coach to deliver our 45-minute, high-energy classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old. You will mentor families, demonstrate activities, and ensure safe progression in every session.

As a coach, you’ll connect with parents, build routines, and help kids grow across brain, body, and character. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain before start, and a strong passion for working with children are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine passion for working with kids.
• High energy, strong presence, and ability to hold a room of kids and parents.
• Positive, motivating communication style with kids and caregivers.
• Minimum 12 hours/week availability, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain before first class.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week).
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Physically demonstrate movements and keep kids safe and progressing.
• Build authentic relationships with kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Guide parents through the flow of class; they are part of the experience too.
• Explain the why behind the curriculum clearly and confidently.
• Use the Coach App to record attendance and data.
• Communicate professionally with the team and review weekly programming.
