Job summary

KidStrong South Denver is looking for a part-time Coach to deliver 45-minute classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old. You will demonstrate movements, ensure safety, and build relationships with kids and their families in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, strong communicators, CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain, and able to work evenings and weekends. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered as part of a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids
• Ability to energize a room of children and parents
• CPR/AED certification by start date (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum in 45-minute classes for ages crawling–11
• Demonstrate movements and ensure safety and progression
• Mentor kids and families and build authentic relationships
• Guide parents through class flow and communicate program rationale
• Record attendance and outcomes using app and systems
• Support camps, parties, and events and ongoing staff training
