Qualifications

• Valid High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a similar field.
• Three credit hours in child development or 30 training hours.
• Valid Fingerprint clearance card.
• TB testing clearance required.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• Valid Arizona Food Handlers Card within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing KidSpace standards and documentation.
• Maintain positive communication and relationships with parents.
• Create lesson plans and secure needed supplies.
• Observe students and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist with developmental goals for children with disabilities.
