Peoria Unified School District is seeking a KidZone Program Facilitator in Glendale, Arizona. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience with school-age children in a group setting.
• Provide documentation of a negative Mantoux TB test.
• Must meet staff qualifications to be a facilities director under Section R9-5-401 of the Arizona Administrative Code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KidZone staff and day-to-day operations.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, and community.
• Plan, organize, and supervise the duties of the staff.
• Complete staff scheduling for all KidZone locations.

Skills

Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, policies and procedures

Effective communication skills

Knowledge of Word and Excel programming

Education

Arizona Teacher Certification or Substitute Certificate

Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, Education, or related field
