HeyTutor is hiring after-school program staff in Glendale to support elementary students from K to 5th grade after regular school hours. You will supervise a group of 10–20 students, prepare activities, assist with homework, and ensure a safe, structured environment.

• Clear FBI-DOJ background check (provided through us).
• Negative TB Test Result.
• Additional duties may be required based on district needs.
• Ability to supervise and manage groups of 10–20 students.

Responsibilities

• Serve as after-school program staff representing HeyTutor.
• Supervise and manage a group of 10–20 students independently.
• Oversee students for the full duration of the program, ensuring safety.
• Prepare daily activities and materials in advance.
• Take and maintain accurate student attendance records.
• Distribute and monitor snack time and help with homework.
• Facilitate enrichment activities to promote engagement and learning.
• Coordinate safe student dismissal with parents/guardians.
