Job summary

Silverlake The Family Place seeks a caring KidsClub Attendant to supervise babies and toddlers, ensuring safety and fun in the KidsClub area. You will greet members, monitor play, and maintain a clean, welcoming space.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, engaging children, and upholding club standards. This role reports to the Member Service Director and supports positive member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or babysitting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous conduct per policy.

• Checks out all members and guest children to ensure all kids are now in the appropriate parents care.
• Interacts with the children to maximize their experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct him or herself at all times in accordance with the corporate standards of business conduct found in the Employee Manual.
• Provides a safe and clean environment in the areas at all times.
• Fields all member complaints and concerns.
• Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned those shifts.
• Cleans and polices the club at all times and performs cleaning check list as assigned by Member Service Director.
• Attends monthly departmental meetingsCreates the “First Impression” of excellence and service magic
• Other duties as assigned

PURPOSE:
