Amfamfit is seeking a Kids Zone Attendant at Swift Creek in Midlothian, VA to provide a safe, welcoming environment for members' children ages 6 weeks to 13 years. You will greet families, supervise play, follow policies, and keep accurate sign-in/out procedures while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of childcare experience and a Red Cross CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire, with Virginia law noting salary history will not be considered in hiring.

• Get & keep members.
• Provide high-quality customer service to members with a welcoming, friendly, energetic attitude.
• Know and adhere to policies; follow emergency response protocol and prioritize safety.
• Abide by the Service Standards set for your department.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Arrive 5 minutes early in proper uniform.
• Read and sign the communication log.
• Provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years and ensure proper conduct.
• Follow sign‑in and sign‑out procedures for children.
• Review the activity calendar and prepare for daily activities.
• Work in and perform duties required for assigned zone.
• Always supervise children attentively; no eating, phone use, reading, etc.
• Handle parent concerns promptly or refer to a manager.
• Handle emergencies and report appropriately to parents and management.
• Communicate information to parents when picking up children.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists per management.
• Answer incoming calls and record baby reservations professionally.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
• Input and manage weekly work schedule in the club’s scheduling platform.
