Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an experienced Yoga Instructor for kids to join our enrichment programs. You will lead age-appropriate sessions, teach breathing and mindfulness, and create a calm, engaging environment for children aged 4 to 18.

Collaboration with the team, clear communication with parents, and strong classroom management are essential. Applicants must pass background checks and CPR/First Aid; a Bachelor’s degree and yoga certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children; yoga teaching or group fitness experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Certified Yoga Instructor preferred.
• Fingerprint-based background check, child abuse clearance, and CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement daily yoga sessions for ages 4–18.
• Teach fundamental yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
• Group supervision focusing on behavior, safety, security, and development.
• Ensure safety of students and staff.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun, creative way.
• Use classroom management to lead activities and foster inclusion.
• Collaborate with other Activity Specialists on daily tasks.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values and adhere to all policies.
