Job summary

Impact Kids is hiring a Yoga Instructor to lead age-appropriate yoga sessions for students ages 4 to 18 across multiple schools. You will create calming, fun classes that teach breathing, mindfulness, and safe movement while upholding the program’s Code of Conduct.

A minimum of 2 years working with children and 1–5 years teaching yoga or group fitness is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a Certified Yoga Instructor credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children; yoga teaching or group fitness instruction (1–5 years) required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Certified Yoga Instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and lead age-appropriate yoga instruction.
• Provide a safe, calming environment and be a positive role model.
• Teach fundamental poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and communicate effectively with families.
• Follow program Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Travel between schools and program sites; ensure safety of students and staff.
• Prepare daily plans and create engaging, inclusive sessions.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and demonstrate safe movement techniques.
• Have fun and model supportive behavior.
