Aqua-Tots Swim School - AT Dearborn, LLC in Dearborn, MI is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach children to swim in a safe, fun environment. No experience is required as training is provided, with a starting pay of $15.50+ per hour and onsite work at our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience is necessary; comprehensive onboarding/training is provided.
• 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back.
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, developing water safety and swimming ability.
• Create and implement lesson plans, conduct group and individual lessons, provide feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure pool area safety and maintain a clean, organized teaching environment.
• Track student progression across levels.
