Aqua-Tots Swim School in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to join our team. You will teach children to swim in a fun, safe environment and help them gain confidence in the water.

No prior teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. This onsite role offers a starting pay of $15.50+ per hour, weekly pay, flexible schedules with weekend shifts, bonuses, and opportunities to grow within the organization while contributing to a positive, inclusive

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Passion for swimming and ability to work with children.
• Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) and 8:30am-3pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure safety of participants and maintain a clean teaching area.
• Track student progression throughout levels.
