Aqua-Tots Swim School Novi is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children how to swim in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This onsite role offers the chance to work with our students at a state-of-the-art facility and to share your love of swimming with young learners.

The position emphasizes safety, lesson planning, and student progression, with comprehensive training provided. Availability for weekend shifts and a flexible part-time schedule are possible, and starting pay

Qualifications

• No prior teaching experience required (training provided).
• Love for swimming and working with children.
• Ability to attend monthly in-service training (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans with safety as a priority.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to track progress.
• Maintain a clean and safe teaching environment and follow Aqua-Tots procedures.
