Job summary

SwimKids Utah – Holladay, UT is seeking a part-time Children\'s Swim Instructor (training provided). Starting pay is $16–$17 per hour, with retention bonuses, bonuses for good grades, paid training, and free family swim lessons.

No prior swim instructor experience is required — we provide full paid training. This role offers opportunities to earn raises every 6 months and growth into leadership positions in a fun, active workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Comfortable being in the water for up to 5 hours per day
• Able to tread water and ensure student safety
• Effective communication skills with children and parents
• Friendly, energetic, and optimistic personality
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• No prior swim instructor experience is required - we provide full paid training.

Work Schedule
