Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No previous swim experience required.
• Willing to work weeknights and at least one weekend day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Lifeguard/CPR certification can be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students following approved training methodology and lesson plans.
• Create a fun environment for students focused on learning.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
• Evaluate and report student progress using approved criteria.
• Communicate professionally with customers during all interactions.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities and maintain a clean facility.
• Attend ongoing training as scheduled.
• Represent Big Blue Swim School with professionalism at the workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.
