Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a Speech Therapist to assess and treat children under IEP/IFSP plans. You will develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with families and school teams. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, NY licensure, and CCC certification. Experience with AAC and augmentative communication is preferred; position offers on-site work in New York.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Current NY State license in Speech and Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC certification required; NYSED TSHH or TSSLD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessment and evaluation to determine student's needs.
• Plan and conduct language interventions aligned with goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for regulatory reporting.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and team members.
• Attend team meetings and case conferences as required.
