Job summary

The PSIA-AASI Western Region is seeking Ski and Ride School coaches in Sandpoint, Idaho. These positions involve delivering quality lessons, promoting safety, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Coaches will work primarily with children ages 4–17, creating engaging lessons tailored to different skill levels.

Candidates should possess PSIA certifications and prior experience as a ski/ride instructor is preferred. This role offers flexible full-time and part-time seasonal employment with various perks, including a free Alterra Mountain Resort pass.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Children preferred.
• Previous experience as a ski/ride instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach beginner ski lessons, primarily to children ages 4–17.
• Provide safe, engaging lessons tailored to guest ability levels.
• Create a supportive learning environment focused on confidence and progression.
• Assess student abilities and provide constructive feedback.
