Job summary

Schweitzer in Idaho is seeking a Children’s Center Ski Instructor to teach basic skiing skills to 3–6 year-old children in a safe, fun environment. You will build confidence and coordination while reflecting our safety and learning commitments.

Part-time instructors work 2–3 days a week and full-time 4–5 days. The role includes ongoing PSIA/AASI certification training and being an ambassador for the resort community.

Qualifications

• PSIA certifications preferred.
• Background check including fingerprinting required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Previous experience as a ski instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaches beginner ski lessons to 3–6 year-old children.
• Creates a safe, engaging learning environment and provides constructive feedback.
• Adheres to safety protocols and mountain policies.
• Attends required training and participates in professional development.
• Contributes to a positive team culture and guest satisfaction.
