Job summary

Schweitzer is hiring seasonal children’s center ski instructors to teach 3–6 year olds in a safe, engaging environment. You’ll foster confidence, coordination, and a love for skiing through age-appropriate activities.

Work 2–3 days a week part-time or 4–5 days as full-time seasonal, with PSIA/AASI certification training provided. Compensation ranges $15–$18/hour with benefits depending on status.

Qualifications

• PSIA certification preferred or CPR/First Aid certification beneficial.
• Background check required with fingerprinting.
• Ability to communicate, read and write in English.
• Experience with children and ski instruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach beginner ski lessons to 3–6 year olds using PSIA/AASI methods.
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to help kids progress.
• Attend required trainings and maintain records of lessons and incidents.
• Shovel snow and assist with lesson area setup/teardown.
• Support daycare operations when needed.
