Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research acquisition trends, industry sales numbers, high-profile authors, conferences, and opportunities; make recommendations.
• Evaluate the potential of submitted manuscripts and proposals from agents and authors.
• Review publication committee pitches.
• Propose cross-functional action plans to bring new ideas to life.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 mentoring conversations with supervisor.
• Participate in bi-weekly proposal review meetings.
