Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior with undergraduate coursework in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Must be a self-starter.
• Confidentiality and flexibility are a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Collaborative team player with a servant's attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God's Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, correspondence with candidates, scheduling interviews, and administering testing.
• Assist with onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of welcome packages and gifts, facilitating completion of new hire paperwork and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, including gathering and uploading job descriptions, employee photos, and any additional personnel documentation.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information systems.
• Assist with employee development and engagement initiatives, including training events and employee events.
• Contribute to internal communication and newsletters.
• Provide support within HR for projects and other duties as assigned.
