Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe, and fun activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will greet members, run storytelling, crafts, singing, and games, while maintaining a healthy environment and assisting with program promotion.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, first aid and CPR/AED within 60 days, and completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before first day. Eligible for full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.
• Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications must be completed before 1st day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors safety and maintains a healthy environment with respect to toys, equipment and surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and staffing checklists.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Completes team member evaluations and provides coaching as needed.
