Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The role emphasizes safety, energetic engagement, and positive guest interactions.

Responsibilities include guiding activities, ensuring a clean, safe environment, promoting Life Time Kids offerings, and contributing to staff evaluations and coaching where needed. Benefits apply to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• First Aid/CPR certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work.
• Must meet all state/federal requirements before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, crafts, singing and games.
• Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children and toys/equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation and cleaning checklists; assist with staffing.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs and services.
• Complete team member evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
