Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to lead engaging, safe activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The role emphasizes friendly member interactions and delivering best-in-class engagement while overseeing play and safety guidelines.

The position requires completion of required learning certifications, First Aid and CPR/AED within the specified window, and ongoing documentation and coaching duties. Benefits are provided with full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engages children in activities like storytelling, crafts, and games.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment and monitors toys and equipment.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promotes Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides coaching.
