Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Supervisor to enforce best-in-class engagement and lead safe, fun activities for children from three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes.

You will greet members, guide storytelling and crafts, monitor safety, maintain documentation, promote Life Time Kids programs, and complete team evaluations, with pay starting at $17.50 and up to $21.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before start date.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, safe environment for children and equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
