Job summary

A local recreational service provider in Lenexa is seeking a Supervisor to oversee programming for Lil' Kickers. You will create a safe, fun environment for participants while managing coaching staff and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities include training, customer service, marketing, and ensuring adherence to safety rules. Ideal candidates should be team players with communication skills, and while prior coaching or early childhood education experience is preferred, it is not required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a coach, but not required.
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome participants in class.
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents.
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding the program.
• Adhere to strict safety rules for participants.
• Manage and organize coaching staff weekly.
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons.
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session.
