Job summary

LTF Club Management Co is seeking a Kids Manager to oversee the day-to-day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of all Kids activities in the club. The role drives team growth, delivers engaging, safe and enthusiastic programs, and aims to reach revenue and service quality goals.

You will hire and train staff, supervise budgets, collaborate with membership sales to grow kids memberships, and market programs within the club and the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• 2 years of managing financials of a department in a profit & loss environment.
• Must pass Kids Manager Certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification required within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Build personalized relationships with members and their children.
• Plan and execute events to promote club participation and program attendance.
• Oversee department budget and monitor revenue of the program.
• Hire and train Assistants and Supervisors; provide coaching and direction.
• Collaborate with membership sales to grow kids memberships.
• Market and promote all Kids programs in the club and community.
