Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Centennial, CO seeks an Academy/Child Center Leader responsible for safety, engagement and operations of the academy and kids programs.

You will deliver top customer service to Members and Team Members and partner with the Kids Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for junior members during programming and events. The role requires 2+ years in children's programs and daycare with leadership experience, plus First Aid/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years teaching or working in a children’s program.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid/ CPR certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Kids On-Demand Certifications before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists Kids Manager in preparing for events/programming along with marketing and driving participation numbers and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines while making recommendations as needed to the Kids Manager.
• Manages and supports the Kids team members by providing ongoing training, giving feedback, and coaching.
• Completes the casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Completes inventory and assists in ordering and maintaining supplies, toys and equipment within the Academy/Child Center and for Events and Programming.
