Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Academy/Child Center Supervisor to oversee safety, engagement, and daily operations of the program for junior members.

You will partner with the Kids Manager and team to deliver exceptional experiences for Members and their children. This role requires hands-on leadership, staff training and hiring, and coordinating events, with a focus on customer service and program quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children’s program.
• 2 years of experience in a day care setting as a lead teacher or two consecutive summers of camp experience with increased responsibility.
• 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Kids On-Demand Certifications required before first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean, and friendly environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and assists in events/programming and drives participation numbers and revenue.
• Manages the Academy/Child Center payroll within budgetary guidelines.
• Supports Kids team members through ongoing training, feedback, and coaching.
• Handles casting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of kids team members.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies, toys, and equipment for the Center and events.
