Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications to be completed within 60 days, and compliance with required regulations before day one. Strong communication and customer service help you connect with families.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid certification and CPR/AED must be completed within 60 days.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Engage children in interactive activities including storytelling, crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor safety and maintain a clean, safe environment with respect to toys and equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and staffing checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback.
