Job summary

Kids City Hawaii is seeking a Play Crew Member to help keep the fun going. You’ll work with teammates to provide excellent guest service, monitor play areas, and keep the facility clean and welcoming for families.

This role is active and varied, with shifts that require standing, walking, bending, and staying energized while assisting guests, preparing party rooms, and supporting front-desk duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Willing to learn and help wherever needed.

Job description

As a Play Crew Member , you’ll help keep the fun going! You’ll work with your teammates to provide excellent guest service, monitor play areas, maintain a clean facility, and help families enjoy a memorable Kids City experience.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Assist children and families throughout their visit.
• Monitor play areas and help maintain a safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, and common areas.
• Assist with admission, check-in, and front desk duties as needed.
• Help prepare and clean party rooms for birthdays and special events.
• Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all Company policies, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
• Support your teammates and assist with other assigned duties.

Previous customer service, childcare, food service, or entertainment experience is helpful—but not required . We are happy to train the right person!

Availability Requirements

Applicants must be available for either:

• At least two weekdays and one weekend day ; or
• Both Saturday and Sunday

Additional availability is preferred and may provide more scheduling opportunities. Applicants should also be available for holidays and school breaks as needed.

Schedules and weekly hours may vary based on availability, staffing, and business needs. Specific shifts or hours are not guaranteed.
