Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Kids Team Member–Parties to create a fun, safe and engaging birthday party experience for children at our Coral Gables club.

You’ll lead activities, greet guests, and ensure participants are excited and well-supervised throughout events. Ideal candidates communicate clearly with guests about Life Time products and services, maintain safety by overseeing activities, and respond promptly to questions or issues.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs and move around the club.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitates and supervises organized activities and ensures children are active, interested and safe throughout the party
• Explains and demonstrates games and activities to party participants
• Responds to any questions, complains, or conflict in a timely manner
