Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties to facilitate entertaining children's birthday parties and events. The role creates a fun environment and organizes activities, ensuring children are engaged and safe throughout the party.

The position requires HS, ability to move about the club, and CPR/First Aid certifications within 60 days of hire. Training will cover safety protocols and guest interaction to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• HS required for the role and ability to work in a stationary position.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Must be able to lift more than 20 lbs on a routine basis.
• First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

• Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitates and supervises organized activities and ensures children are active, interested and safe throughout the party.
• Explains and demonstrates games and activities to party participants.
• Responds to any questions, complaints, or conflict in a timely manner.

• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
