Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Team Member-Parties to create fun, engaging parties for children and organize a variety of activities. You will foster a lively, safe party environment and lead entertaining games for attendees at the club.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to move about the club for long periods, and completion of required certifications within 60 days of hire. This is an hourly position with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to engage and supervise children in activities.
• Excellent communication with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Supervise activities and ensure children's safety during parties.
• Explain and demonstrate games and activities to participants.
• Address questions, complaints, or conflicts promptly.
