Job summary

Elevate Life Church is seeking an organized KIDS Coordinator to ensure safe, excellent execution of all KIDS ministry services for ages 0-2. This role coordinates schedules, communication and systems while supporting servant leaders and preparing curriculum logistics.

You will partner with the Director to maintain biblically grounded programming, develop check-in processes, and create welcoming environments that reflect ELC values.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a servant leadership mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; builds relationships.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage schedules and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and classroom tech preferred.
• Comfort with implementing policies and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and setup of services and events for ages 0-2.
• Ensure rooms are prepped, stocked, and reset with excellence.
• Facilitate communication with teams and families.
• Implement safe check-in/check-out procedures and record-keeping.
• Assist with documentation of policies, procedures, and systems.
• Schedule servant leaders and team roles; manage attendance and check-ins.
• Onboard and train new servant leaders with the Director.
• Support a welcoming guest experience for families with young children.
• Collaborate with the Director to execute curriculum and family events.
• Ensure environments are safe and compliant with guidelines.
• Address parent concerns and accommodate special needs as needed.
