Evangel Church is seeking a Preschool Coordinator to oversee the weekly eKids Preschool services, developing Dream Teams and coordinating training and scheduling. The role ensures engaging, safe environments where preschoolers grow in faith and receive excellent support from a committed team.

You will recruit, train, and lead volunteers, manage weekly schedules, and partner with Curriculum Team to keep lessons aligned with the church's vision.

Qualifications

• Committed follower of Jesus Christ who demonstrates spiritual maturity and alignment with Evangel Church's beliefs, mission, and values.
• Experience serving or leading in children's ministry, preschool ministry, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Passion for discipling preschool-aged children.
• Strong relational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and Dream Teamers.
• Leadership ability to recruit, develop, and equip Dream Teamers and Captains.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage schedules, curriculum, supplies, and multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to train and onboard Dream Teamers while maintaining consistent ministry standards and expectations.
• Understanding of early childhood development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and preschool classroom management.
• Ability to lead confidently, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced Sunday ministry environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and proactive, with a servant‑leader attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to collaborate positively with ministry staff and leadership.
• Must meet all church requirements for background checks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the weekly execution of all eKids Preschool Sunday services.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Preschool Dream Teamers, Captains, and Prep Teams.
• Provide spiritual leadership, encouragement, and care to Preschool Dream Teamers through discipleship.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Preschool Dream Teamers.
• Manage weekly Dream Team scheduling, block-out dates, and communication for Sunday coverage.
• Collaborate with Preschool Captains to maintain quality standards across classrooms.
• Coordinate weekly lesson preparation, supplies, and resources with Curriculum Team.
• Oversee implementation of preschool curriculum to ensure age-appropriate, engaging lessons.
• Maintain organized, clean, safe, stocked environments for classrooms and storage.
• Collaborate with eKids leadership to evaluate ministry effectiveness and plan events.
