Church Unlimited is seeking a Kids Unlimited Associate to support the children’s ministry at the campus level. You will help recruit and develop volunteer leaders, create safe, engaging environments for kids and families, and ensure smooth weekend services and events.

The role is ideal for someone relational and organized, thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and dedicated to building teams that help kids grow in their faith.

• Passion for reaching and developing the next generation.
• Strong relational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in communicating the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited.
• Support and serve during weekend services and special events.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders at campus level.
• Monitor volunteer processes and follow up on next steps weekly.
• Support volunteer onboarding and orientation processes.
• Plan and execute campus-level Kids Unlimited events.
• Ensure classrooms and environments are clean, organized, and Sunday-ready.
• Train volunteers using Kids Unlimited systems and handbook.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and excellent environment for kids and families.
• Collaborate with the Kids Unlimited Director and central team for alignment.
