Job summary

Faithbridge Church Klein Campus in Spring, TX seeks an Elementary Coordinator to join a team serving families and children both online and in person, primarily on Sundays. You will recruit, train, and support volunteers, lead Kids Ministry activities, and participate in church-wide events such as Candypalooza, VBS, Christmas Eve, and Easter.

Strong communication, admin and project-planning skills; MS Office and database proficiency; some college credits and ≥3 years’ office experience; teamwork,

Qualifications

• Strong communication across multiple platforms (face-to-face, phone, email, text).
• Experience in administrative and project planning tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database programs.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation; highly organized.
• Able to work with others and take initiative; capable of problem solving.
• Able to pray with people as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers for Kids Ministry.
• Lead Sunday morning activities and coordinate large and small group sessions.
• Support church-wide events (Candypalooza, VBS, Christmas Eve, Easter).
• Be on-site for the majority of Sunday services.
