Grace Fellowship Church is seeking an Elementary Director to lead all programs for kids in first through fifth grades, ensuring they Know God, Know the Bible and can share their faith. The ED builds relationships with leaders, kids, and families and works on-site at our office in Katy, Texas.
The Director collaborates with the Kids staff, attends weekly staff meetings, and contributes to large-scale events such as Family Christmas Eve Service, VBS, and family events.

The Elementary Director is responsible for the creative planning, development, and implementation of all programs of kids in first through fifth grades ensuring they Know God, Know the Bible and are able to share their faith. The ED is to build relationships with leaders, kids, and families.
The Elementary Director contributes as a team player with the Kids staff and entire Grace Fellowship staff. The ED reports directly to the Kids Ministry Lead Director. This role participates and engages in weekly staff meetings and works on site at our office in Katy, Texas.

The salary will be commensurate with experience. This position is an exempt, salaried position. Grace Fellowship’s benefits are outlined in the Employee Handbook, but currently include paid vacation, church-paid health insurance for employee-only coverage, life insurance, long & short-term disability insurance, and a 403(b) plan.
The Elementary Director is to develop a working schedule that maximizes both time with family and productive time accomplishing the job. The position is an average of 40 hours per week. Workdays include Sundays through Thursdays as well as Church specific holidays.
The Elementary Director must be authorized to work in the United States under Federal requirements.
