Job summary

Athey Creek Church is seeking a Kids Campus Lead to provide administrative and logistical support for the Hillsboro campus. You will recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, manage curriculum, and partner with the Kids Director to align programming with the church’s mission.

You’ll lead campus operations, schedule volunteers, oversee class preparation, and help ensure safety, budget tracking, and smooth weekly services. A passion for ministry and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading children’s ministry or campus operations.
• Strong written, verbal, grammar, and editing skills.
• 5+ years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with Mac, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
• Ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience building and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly staff meetings and events.
• Lead and oversee kids ministry programming and class prep.
• Recruit, train, and coach volunteers.
• Collaborate with campus pastor on ministry culture and volunteer care.
• Schedule and manage volunteer hours.
• Oversee budget tracking and expense reporting.
• Communicate with Central teams on updates.
• Ensure safety compliance and trainings.
• Prepare facilities for services and events.
• Attend weekly sync meetings at the Hillside campus.
