Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Kids Instructor to deliver best-in-class educational and fitness programming for children aged 3 months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and supervise safe, fun activities and events for kids, including hosting parties.

Responsibilities include setting up classes, guiding activities, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe environment. Requires First Aid and CPR/AED within 60 days; hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.25 based on

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED required within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical development through activities
• Prepare and set up for class and transfer kids to/from programming
• Maintain attendance, development and incident records
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of toys, equipment and surroundings
• Use positive behavior management and clear parent communication
• Promote Junior programming to boost participation in Kids/Aquatics
• Maintain Kids Academy areas and restock supplies after class
• Handle incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally
