Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from 3 months to 11 years at the Kids Academy. You will organize activities, supervise play, and ensure a safe, fun environment while coordinating events and parties as needed.

The role requires effective communication with parents and a focus on child development. Training and certifications are provided, with pay starting at $15.50 per hour and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains records of attendance, development, and incidents.
• Ensures a safe, healthy environment and communicates with parents.
