The Little Gym International in Cincinnati is seeking friendly instructors to introduce kids to the fun of gym, education, and play using our proven curriculum. You’ll teach engaging classes and provide outstanding customer service, creating a family-like experience for members.

This role requires 30–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with training and development offered to help you grow in a supportive, active environment.

Qualifications

• Love working with children and be active, playful, and hands-on.
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful.
• You’re friendly, high-energy, and able to stay positive while getting work done.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of gym, education, and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
