Job summary

The Little Gym is a world‑class enrichment and physical development center for kids aged 4 months through 12 years. We’re seeking energetic instructors who love movement, play, and helping children grow, with weekend shifts and training to support your success.

As part of our team, you’ll teach classes using our proven curriculum, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a safe, encouraging environment for families. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Independent Contractor (1099); W2 positions available upon promotion.
• Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• Live to serve and make kids and families feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to education and play in The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
