Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking part-time instructors to lead beginner gymnastics classes for children. You’ll be trained on our methods and responsible for creating a friendly, safe, and engaging environment for kids and their families.

Shifts emphasize Weekday Evenings and Weekend Mornings with 12–20 hours per week; no prior experience needed, as training is provided and you’ll gain real-world public speaking and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior gymnastics experience required; training provided.
• Ability to engage with kids and families in a positive way.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, beginner-friendly gymnastics classes for kids (no prior experience needed—we train you).
• Create an environment where kids feel encouraged, safe, and celebrated.
• Be confident and engaging when leading kids and communicating with parents.
• Take ownership of your classes and help keep the gym organized and welcoming.
