The Little Gym in Greensboro, NC is hiring an Assistant Director. You will teach gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum, provide exceptional member experiences, and handle front-desk duties.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a fun, energetic attitude in a fast-paced children’s program. Expect to work mornings, afternoons, and some weekends with a focus on growth and professional development within a supportive franchise network.

Qualifications

• Performs general front-desk tasks and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes using the curriculum.

• Answer calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Publicly share knowledge of programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
• Coordinate and manage varying schedules including weekends.
